Whoever said that being fit only comes with pain and suffering has probably never been truly happy in life. While it’s true that there’s no gain if there’s no pain when it comes to fitness, it’s also true that there’s no happiness if there’s no pain when it comes to fitness.

Just like in life, being fit comes with trials that may seem too overwhelming to overcome. And just like in life, being fit comes with challenges that may seem too overpowering to conquer. But you know what? Just like in life, there’s no trial in fitness that you can’t overcome. And just like in life, there’s no challenge fitness that you can’t conquer.

What’s more, all you need to do is think of every step you will take as a pebble’s stone closer to your goals in life. And ultimately, all you need to do is think of every stone you will take as a hand’s reach to your happiness in life.

And it’s because of how fitness is really like – for you to become happier, all the while becoming fitter.

Even if you’re just doing very simple exercises like breathing deeply on the floor and stretching as far as you can, you are already one pebble’s stone closer to your goals. Even if you’re just doing simple exercises like pushing softly on the wall and jumping as high as you can, you are already one hand’s reach closer to your happiness.

And it’s all because of how fitness is really like – for you to become happier, all the while becoming fitter.

Now, what more if you’re doing elaborate exercises such as running around the block a couple of times and planking for as long as you can? And now, what more if you’re doing very elaborate exercises such as cycling around the park for a number of times and pilating for as many as you can? You will not only be two pebbles’ stone closer to your goals, but also two hands’ reach to your happiness.
