There seems to be a new war brewing up on the IPL front between the two most glamorous bollywood actresses, Shilpa Shetty who owns Rajasthan Royals and Preity Zinta who owns Punjab Kings' 11.
It seems to have all started when Shilpa Shetty commented in a chat show that she wouldn’t run into the field to hug players or chat with them in the backroom. This comment seems to have angered Preity Zinta as she done exactly during the last season's IPL games. She appeared without makeup and was speaking to the boys in the dressing room involving herself in strategies.
But Shilpa Shetty was quick on her feet trying to clarify saying, "Why would I do that? I really admire the way Preity conducts herself. Both Preity and I are grown up enough to see through these games." Preity Zinta also responded in a similar vein saying "We’re matured ladies with more to do than talk against one another. I refuse to believe that Shilpa is talking against me."
But the media and the gossip mongers are far from happy about their cordiality. They believe that all is not well between the two and they are allegedly trying to fuel the seeming war, whcih the two bollywood actresses refuse to bite the bait. Shilpa Shetty said, "The last thing I need is the electronic media to have a field day pitching two of us against one another. Both Preity and I are grown up enough to see through these games. Please!" concluded beaming Shilpa.
